Mahkatop — Ciputra Group has officially launched a new recreational and culinary area named WoodLand in the CitraLand Cibubur area, Transyogi, West Java, to enliven the school holidays.
This destination is expected to meet the high demand for family recreational and culinary spots in the Cibubur, Cileungsi, and Jonggol areas.
Nancy Oktavia, General Manager of CitraLand Cibubur, stated that WoodLand is the newest park & culinary destination located in the prestigious CitraLand Cibubur area. “This is part of Ciputra Group’s commitment to continuously provide the best facilities for residents and visitors,” she said on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
WoodLand is designed to offer diverse recreational and culinary experiences, spanning an area of 1.93 hectares. The first phase, covering 1.16 hectares, includes 17 tenants such as restaurants and cafes, as well as hangout spots. The second phase, covering 0.77 hectares, will add 6 more tenants.
In its first phase, WoodLand features a Ferris Wheel standing 31.197 meters tall, providing visitors with unique views of CitraLand Cibubur and its surroundings. With its modern design and guaranteed safety, this attraction is expected to become a favorite among visitors of all ages.
Additionally, WoodLand offers a comfortable and lush garden environment, with a variety of culinary options ranging from traditional to modern cuisine. Other facilities include spacious gathering areas with cozy seating, open green spaces, and various supporting amenities.
Nancy is optimistic that WoodLand will increase public visits to CitraLand Cibubur and boost property investment values in the area. “Our sales in the first semester of 2024 have already reached 80 percent of this year’s target. With the opening of WoodLand, we are confident that this year’s sales target will grow by 100 percent compared to last year,” she added.
CitraLand Cibubur is developed with a Mega-Cluster concept consisting of several clusters and a commercial center (CBD), covering an area of 220 hectares. Out of the total, 200 hectares will be used for landed houses and 20 hectares for the CBD. (*)
