Mahkatop — The Indonesian Association of Curators and Administrators (HKPI) will conduct curator training and education from July 29 to August 10, 2024, at the Ballroom Cambridges Hotel, Medan City.
“Curator training has typically been held in Java, and this time, the HKPI Central Board has given the Medan Regional Coordinator the opportunity to hold curator training for the first time in Sumatra,” said Hadi Yanto, an HKPI Medan official, on Sunday (20/7/2024).
The curator profession is a specialized field in law, particularly in advocacy, and this education is very helpful for regional advocates to upgrade their knowledge and reduce costs if they had to attend training in Java.
This training targets 50 participants. If out-of-town participants face challenges with the two-week training, the committee will offer online training options. However, participants are required to be present for the written exam and interview.
The main requirements to become a curator are to be an advocate or a public accountant. The participant quota is 40 people. Participants must pay a training fee of IDR 40 million and a certification exam fee (written and oral) of IDR 5 million.
Registration Procedure:
1. Pay the training and certification exam fees to the HKPI account at BCA Bank, Arkadia Branch, South Jakarta, Account Number: 5405 505 689 in the name of the Indonesian Association of Curators and Administrators.
2. Prepare the documents: Identity Card (KTP), three 4×6 photos, three 3×4 photos, Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Economics (Accounting) (Wet Legalization), Advocate Membership Card, and Oath Ceremony Report from the High Court or Public Accountant Card (CPA).
